NOTES: Saints have sought to add a new goalkeeper to their ranks ever since long-serving first-choice keeper Paul Harrison retired at the end of last season. They have been unable to resolve that situation – until now, where I understand they are close to closing to completing a deal with an unnamed player. Backup stopper Connor Roberts played midweek versus Bala and despite his experience, Saints want to strengthen in advance of their first European game, which is now less than two weeks away.

Lee Trundle was amongst those to return to pre-season training at Ammanford last night. The club have also confirmed Liam Samuel, Tom Pratt and Morgan Clarke will all be remaining at the club for the upcoming campaign. (Official club Twitter)
Pontypridd Town United (I wonder how many times I’m going to say/write that next season) have announced three pre-season games cumulating with the visit of Hereford on 29 July. Entry to their opening game, against Risca United, is free of charge. (Official club Twitter)
